  • Responsibilities

    • Support of the Electrical Supervisor, and/or Electrical Controls Engineer to minimize potential problems.
    • Responsibility for controls site project plan to be executed according to scheduling and phasing
    • Responsibility for system cutover coordination (readiness / status)
    • Responsibility for overall commissioning and test coordination (Level 1, 2 & 3, Site-Acceptance Testing, Customer Acceptance Testing)
    • Interface and coordination with customer as well as subcontractors and solve issues and problems to satisfaction of company and customer
    • Responsible for site progress monitoring of engineering subcontractor
    • Responsible for daily progress assessment of electrical installation by the subcontractor (if applicable)
    • Team involvement in risk analysis and contingency management
    • Provide reporting (daily and weekly)/performance by step
    • Manage punch lists (software/electrical)


    Basic Qualifications:
    • Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in implementation and managing of material handling systems


    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Preferred skills in computer based drafting/design; Auto CAD


    • Result driven attitude from a realistic perspective
    • Ability to judge results and the consequences and take actions accordingly
    • Strong team mentality and acceptance of responsibility for project completion
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
    • Self-motivated with proven ability in problem solving skills under stressful conditions

    • Interpret and knowing of procedures and regulations
    • Execute independently the job within the project team (not always routine)
    • Knowledgeable of electrical and controls engineering theories and principles; Electrical aptitude and knowledge of acceptable practices, techniques, and codes
    • Knowledgeable of project scheduling
    • Skilled in understanding and designing Engineering science: Logic and Programming
    • Ability to understand PLC programs, SCADA systems, Database applications, AutoCAD, MS Office and MS Project (or any other used schedule)
