The primary role of the Project Coordinator is to plan, prepare, coordinate, organize and follow up all multidisciplinary preventive and corrective service activities and service projects.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Functions (Job Duties and Responsibilities):

    • Plan, prepare, coordinate, organize and follow up all multidisciplinary preventive and corrective service activities and service projects up to large and complex service contracts.
    • Able to meet highly challenging KPI’s by evaluating and improving the maintenance planning, activities and follow ups for avoiding maintenance delays, high costs and operational impacts and makes recommendations for improvements.
    • Analyze complex situations and takes the right decisions.
    • Ability to understand service operations and support optimization activities that drive best in class service delivery.
    • Develop, implement and train standard operating procedure for maintenance execution.
    • Utilize data to define opportunities to improve service delivery and team efficiencies.
    • Manages and helps less experienced colleagues as a senior specialist. Provides support to maintenance technicians and train site based peers
    • Implement and share Maintenance Execution Metrics to improve cost productivity and achieve "World Class" maintenance excellence for our support and site based contracts.
    • Participates in the development of criteria for and evaluation of equipment and technical MRO suppliers and technical maintenance service providers.
    • Organize all materials, tools, permits and the right competences for executing the service
    • Ability to communicate with customer and other stakeholder on services operations
    • Ensures that the planning is efficient and according to the agreement in the contract
    • Responsible for Work-order management executed by internal and external parties & Capture all data in Maximo maintenance management system
    • Inform, report and advice all inspection results to and follow up with the customer

    Qualifications

    Required Education and Experience:

    • Project coordinating experience and technical background
    • Excellent reporting, presentation, verbal and oral communication skills
    • Fluent in Excel, Word and Office products.
    • Must possess a passport

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Work experience in airport environment is an asset
    • Bachelor/Master degree Preferred
    • Knowledge of and experience with IBM Maximo or equivalent CMMS

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

    This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday

     

    Travel:

    This position will require 0 - 10% travel.

     

    Supervisory Responsibility:

    This position has no direct reports.
